WPD Woltman Water Meter
The WPD Water Meter is a Woltman type bulk water meter specially designed for accurate measurement of large water flow rates. It is widely used in municipal water supply networks, industrial water systems, commercial complexes, and main pipeline flow monitoring.
Working Principle
When water flows through the meter along the pipeline axis, it drives the internal Woltman turbine (impeller) to rotate.The rotational speed of the turbine is directly proportional to the volume of water passing through the meter. The mechanical transmission system transfers this movement to the register, which accurately records the total water consumption.
